Moto-V will make every effort in good faith and within reason to keep you satisfied with your purchase.

If you need warranty or service for your E-machine, please fill out the request form or call us at (309)239-3045 during business hours. We’ll get you back on your wheels as quickly as possible.

Return Policy: We will accept returns within 15 days providing your e-machine is in like-new condition with all tools, manuals and chargers. “Like-new” is characterized as no damage, no wear, no scuffs, no scrapes, no appreciable mileage. In other words, indistinguishable from a new unit in every way. Otherwise, we will make an offer with a reasonable used value for your machine if you wish to sell it or trade it on another model.
